You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Subscription fees must be paid on time. Services may be suspended or terminated for overdue payments.
You retain ownership of your business data. Cafezio securely stores your data and does not sell or share it with third parties except where required by law.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
Users must not misuse the platform, upload illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operations.
All software, designs, branding, and content provided by Cafezio remain the intellectual property of Cafezio unless otherwise stated.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated in a separate refund policy.
Cafezio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Cafezio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
